Merci mille fois.

These shoes can travel at 574.8 kph.
On Tuesday this week, the postman was my favorite bloke in the world.
He brought a gift from my wonderful friend, Michael in Paris, (whom I like more than my postman!)
The gift, a book is called "The V150 - Excellence on the Tracks. "
In reading, one is aware of the pursuit of excellence of the company "Alstom" who designed and built the TGV, LGV and now the AGV.
On Tuesday, April 3, 2007, their V150 train-set smashed the world record for rail speed by reaching 578.4 km / h, (that's 360 miles/hour), at kilometre 191 of the High Speed Line, Eastern European near the town of Chemin in the Marne Region.
Due to this fact, I like to take the TGV East European always when I travel between Basel and Paris.
However the train travels so fast, nobody can see where it took place!
Michael, my friend, you should see the smile on my face!
Thank you a thousand times.

Great shots but our French is rusto. A translator would be great.
